This time, the spotlight is on SHUTIE, the creator of TOONS, whose jawline (in the best sense) captivates anyone who sees it. He’s a painter who roams freely (drawing) across walls and canvases alike. SHUTIE is someone F.A.T. is especially excited about, not just for his future potential but also for his unique use of blue, dubbed “SHUTIE BLUE” (a nod to his distinctive use of blue tones and blue pens).
